ImmChatbot is an AI-driven chatbot that assists immigrants in finding the best pathway to immigrate to Canada. There is no model like this across Canada because it is a complicated product and a few companies ready to take the risk.
Currently, Kubecodes Technology Services is about to launch this product this month. It will start with some Immigration firms testing this product.
Project Duration

The Problem
Immigration firms are very busy these days and they can’t reach all of their clients and they might lose their clients despite every immigration firm having some consultant and customer service in their companies. Moreover, some clients need immediate consulting and they should be on the line for a long time and they might lose their deadlines.
The Solution
Kubecodes Technology Services implements an AI-driven chatbot to help companies reach out to more clients and clients can use this chatbot to ask about their immigration concerns. This AI model is specifically for immigration purposes and the model is trained to answer just Canadian immigration questions.eadlines.
Design Process
The Design process for the Immchatbot focused on the user-centred, Intuitive experience. First, we start researching the problem in this market including interviews, feedback, and understanding the pain points and needs. After we gathered these documents, we started wireframing and designing, prototyping and testing with real users.

Regularly update the chatbot with verified information from immigration authorities and display citations for sources used in its responses.
